Phase 1: Discovery and Grounded Scoping
The journey begins not in code, but in conversation. We sit down to understand what your business does, who your customers are, and what technical constraints exist. We ask about your timeline, your operational workflows, and what success looks like in twelve months.
From this session, we produce a detailed proposal outlining exact deliverables, agreed responsibilities, and milestones. You review and sign off before any production begins.
Phase 2: Information Architecture and Wireframes
Before writing code or picking color palettes, we map out the skeleton of your website. Where do visitors land first? How do they navigate from a service page to your consultation form? What questions do they need answered before they trust your company?
Wireframing allows us to resolve structural questions and user flows quickly, ensuring that the finished product is intuitive and easy to navigate on both mobile phones and desktop computers.
Phase 3: Visual Design and Front-End Development
With the structure locked in, we apply your brand identity—typography, color schemes, photography, and custom components. We write clean, accessible semantic HTML, CSS, and modern React/Next.js code.
Every component is tested across standard screen sizes, from compact smartphones to high-resolution desktop monitors, ensuring responsive, fast-loading performance.
Phase 4: Functional Testing and Client Review
Before anything goes public, the site is deployed to a private staging server. Here, you test every link, submit contact forms, and review copy. Meanwhile, our engineers verify database connections, form validations, page load speeds, and SSL certificates.
Once you give final approval, we coordinate DNS cutover, point your domain to the production server, and celebrate launch day together.
